- L&D Manager with Australian law firm. Have studied and taught eLearning related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
It's all good in theory - but still trying to put it into practice effectively for real-world clients with very low interest and serious lack of time, further hindered by NO budget and very little in the way of resources. But I'm pretty creative, so it's a matter of keeping myself up-to-date and tweaking things to fit! Obviously it's an ongoing work-in-progress. Each time I think I've figured something out, a new and better way presents itself and I always feel like I'm starting again and never achieving anything! Lucky I'm a learning junkie!
