- Mr. Lee is President and CEO of Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc. (KMSI). Prior to founding KMSI in July, 2002, Jack worked with Sterling Capital, The Chauncey Group International and Sylvan Ventures to co-found iLearning, Inc. in September, 1999. iLearning was a pioneer in the development of web-based knowledge transfer communities.
Prior to founding iLearning, Mr. Lee served as an Executive Officer of General Physics Corporation (NYSE – GPX) for 12 years, most recently as Chief Technology Officer and as President of the Applied Technology Group.
