Instructional Designer, TSYS
I've been at TSYS as an instructional designer for four and a half years. I have a MA in Professional Communication from Clemson University.
Current interests include best practices for integrating student workbooks in instructor-led and elearning courses; improving my group's ability to tie our deliverables to business results; and helping our corporate culture move away from individuals who want to receive "credit" to one where individuals take responsibility for their own learning.
