- In brief, I'm looking for better ways to promote learning and development in the workplace.
A bit of history: have worked as a technical communicator in the elearning space for a number of years and love the work. I have personally benefited from online learning and believe it holds great potential to help people advance in their academic, professional and individual pursuits.
While there are many different ways to promote learning, I prefer to focus on the use of technology and how it can facilitate learning - with a particular focus on adopting new skills and understanding in the workplace.
I currently serve 3 clients in different industries and am branching off with my partner where we will be specializing in training and learning resources for people involved in software requirements management.
