- I'm a Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR Communications, project management and customer service. In addition, I've had experiences in various areas of organizational development.
My doctoral research at Columbia University focuses on understanding the learning process that some record industry professionals, who have seemingly made the shift over to the digital business model, went through in order to develop a conceptual framework that will facilitate this kind of transition for the rest of the organization.
